About the position

The Enablement team at Ivanti is seeking a skilled professional to educate and empower sales and partner networks with the company's unique value propositions and comprehensive solutions. This role involves managing onboarding programs for client-facing teams, collaborating with sales leaders, and developing training programs that align with the sales process and methodology. The position is crucial for enhancing the effectiveness of sales initiatives and ensuring that teams are well-equipped to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Enablement Projects end-to-end in partnership with the broader Enablement team and key stakeholders.
  • Run the Global Sales Onboarding Program, including assigning New Hires Onboarding Content and reporting on New Hire Performance.
  • Establish effective communication cadence for onboarding and training programs.
  • Develop a framework for continuous development and reinforcement of sales best practices through curated training and content creation.
  • Review and refine the Sales Process to ensure alignment with key go-to-market objectives and sales strategy.
  • Lead the design and delivery of training around Sales Tools and processes, optimizing their usage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Inside Sales, or Enablement Associate roles in technical categories or relevant adjacent roles.
  • Familiarity with establishing a clear understanding of customer needs and wants.
  • Experience in presenting and discussing competitive positioning and intelligence.
  • Ability to support innovation in sales training and content delivery methods.
  • Experience in creating compelling enablement tools and resources.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of IT and Security market categories.
  • Understanding of SaaS technology and business value.
