About the position

Ivanti is seeking an Enablement Manager to support our expanding IT and Security market categories, which include service management, unified endpoint management, endpoint security, network security, risk-based vulnerability management, and attack surface management. This role is pivotal in collaborating with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Sales Engineering to design and develop solution enablement programs and content tailored for customer-facing teams. The goal is to ensure these teams possess comprehensive knowledge of our portfolio and can effectively apply sales methodologies to accelerate market adoption of our solutions. As part of the Global Enablement team, reporting to the Director of Solution Enablement, the Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in delivering strategies that support our sales organization from onboarding through ongoing learning and development. The mission of our Enablement team is to empower every stage of the customer journey by equipping customer-facing teams with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to maximize revenue generation and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of modern sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDPICC, and experience in deal and call coaching. Additionally, skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional relationship building, metrics tracking and reporting, project management, and overall business acumen are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the broader Enablement team to educate and empower sales and partner networks with Ivanti's unique value propositions and end-to-end solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to deliver persuasive, value-based messaging resources that equip teams for value-based conversations.
  • Utilize knowledge of Ivanti's solutions and competitors to create compelling training, presentations, and other assets focusing on our unique selling proposition.
  • Support cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to reach target audiences and demonstrate how Ivanti can help them achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Enablement experience in technical categories or relevant adjacent roles.
  • Experience in establishing a clear understanding of customer needs and wants.
  • Ability to research and articulate competitive positioning and intelligence.
  • Proven track record in driving innovation in sales training and content delivery methods.
  • Experience in creating compelling enablement tools and resources.
  • Execution of go-to-market activities and support for cross-functional product launches.
  • Strong persuasive written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in IT and/or Security market categories including service management, unified endpoint management, endpoint security, network security, risk-based vulnerability management, and/or attack surface management.
  • Multi-product solution enablement experience in new market categories.
  • Understanding of SaaS technology and its business value.
