About the position

The Enablement Manager at Ivanti is responsible for educating and empowering the sales and partner networks with the company's unique value propositions and end-to-end solutions. This role involves managing enablement projects, running the Global Sales Onboarding Program, and developing training programs that align with the sales process and methodology. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective onboarding and continuous development of sales practices, ultimately driving sales performance and engagement with sales tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Enablement Projects end-to-end in partnership with the broader Enablement team and/or key stakeholders.
  • Run the Global Sales Onboarding Program, including assigning New Hires Onboarding Content and reporting on New Hire Performance.
  • Partner with Regional Effectiveness Managers to establish and iterate the Fast Start Program.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on training and content needs of different departments.
  • Develop a framework for continuous development and reinforcement of Force Management best practices through curated training and content creation.
  • Review existing resources to ensure alignment with key GTM objectives and sales strategy.
  • Lead the design & delivery of all training around Sales Tools and processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Success, Inside Sales, or Enablement Associate experience in technical categories or relevant adjacent roles.
  • Familiarity with establishing a clear understanding of customer needs and wants.
  • Experience in presenting and discussing competitive positioning and intelligence.
  • Ability to support innovation in sales training and content delivery methods.
  • Experience in creating compelling enablement tools and resources.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of IT and Security market categories.
  • Understanding of SaaS technology and business value.
