Ivanti is seeking an Enablement Manager to support our expanding IT and Security market categories, which include service management, unified endpoint management, endpoint security, network security, risk-based vulnerability management, and attack surface management. This role is pivotal in collaborating with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Sales Engineering to design and develop solution enablement programs and content tailored for customer-facing teams. The objective is to ensure these teams possess comprehensive knowledge of our portfolio and can effectively apply sales methodologies to drive accelerated market adoption of our solutions. As part of the Global Enablement team, reporting to the Director of Solution Enablement, the Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in delivering strategies that support our sales organization from onboarding through ongoing learning, development, and sales efficiency. The mission of our Enablement team is to empower every stage of the customer journey by equipping our customer-facing teams with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to maximize revenue generation and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of modern sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDPICC, and experience in deal and call coaching, sales processes, and buyer's journey alignment. Additionally, skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional relationship building, metrics tracking and reporting, project management, and overall business acumen are essential for success in this role.
