About the position

The Enablement Manager at Ivanti will play a crucial role in supporting the IT and Security market categories by developing and delivering solution enablement programs and content for customer-facing teams and partners. This position aims to enhance the knowledge and application of sales methodologies to drive market adoption of Ivanti's solutions, ensuring that sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to maximize revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Educate and empower sales and partner networks with Ivanti's unique value propositions and end-to-end solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to deliver persuasive value-based messaging resources.
  • Generate compelling training, presentations, and other assets focusing on competitive differentiation.
  • Support cross-functional go-to-market activities to reach target audiences.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Inside Sales, or Enablement Associate roles in technical categories or relevant adjacent roles.
  • Familiarity with customer needs assessment and competitive positioning.
  • Experience in sales training and content delivery methods.
  • Ability to create compelling enablement tools and resources.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of IT and Security market categories.
  • Understanding of SaaS technology and its business value.
