Ivanti is seeking an Enablement Manager to support our expanding IT and Security market categories, which include service management, unified endpoint management, endpoint security, network security, risk-based vulnerability management, and attack surface management. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Sales Engineering to design and develop comprehensive solution enablement programs and content tailored for customer-facing teams. Your efforts will ensure that these teams possess a thorough understanding of our portfolio and can effectively apply sales methodologies to drive accelerated market adoption of our solutions. Reporting to the Director of Solution Enablement, you will be an integral part of the Global Enablement team, contributing to the strategy that supports our sales organization from onboarding through ongoing learning, development, and sales efficiency. The mission of our Enablement team is to empower every stage of the customer journey by equipping our customer-facing teams with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to maximize revenue generation and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication skills and possess a deep understanding of modern sales methodologies, such as Command of the Message and MEDDPICC. You will also have experience in deal and call coaching, sales processes, and aligning with the buyer's journey. Your role will require effective stakeholder management, cross-functional relationship building, metrics tracking and reporting, project management, and overall business acumen.
