About the position

The Enablement Program Architect at BMC is responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative sales enablement programs. This role involves architecting new pilot programs, such as digital sales onboarding and partner product sales training, while integrating Hyperscalers into the sales strategy. The architect will present and train senior sales audiences, analyze existing programs for improvements, and standardize best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and launch strategic sales enablement programs, including digital sales onboarding and partner product sales training.
  • Pilot and refine new programs to meet the needs of diverse sales teams and partners.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtually and in person, to senior sales leaders and teams.
  • Adapt presentation style to suit different audiences, ensuring clear communication of complex concepts.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing sales enablement programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Standardize processes and practices across various programs to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Work closely with sales leadership, product teams, and other stakeholders to align enablement programs with business objectives.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve program offerings.
  • Utilize advanced tools and platforms to create interactive and scalable enablement solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies in sales enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Experience presenting and training senior sales leaders in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Expertise in architecting and launching innovative sales enablement programs.
  • Ability to align programs with overall business objectives and sales strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in assessing program effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, learning management systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Good understanding of Hyperscalers and their role in sales enablement.
  • Certification in sales or enablement methodologies is a plus.
