About the position

The Enablement Program Coordinator at American Eagle Financial Credit Union (AEFCU) plays a crucial role in enhancing the leadership culture and supporting various initiatives related to performance management, coaching, succession planning, and career development. This position involves the administration of established programs and systems, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and administration of team member enablement initiatives such as performance review cycles and talent reviews.
• Provide guidance to managers and team members on the utilization of programs, including applicable software and related resources.
• Deliver and manage specialized internal programs related to succession planning and team member career pathing and development, including mentor programs and tuition reimbursement.
• Identify and facilitate external programs that support the succession and development of team members.
• Support the ongoing team member experience through foundational or routine team member relations support and leadership coaching.
• Perform administrative tasks related to employment separations and maintain the Team Member handbook, ensuring policy consistency in all reference locations.
• Interpret active policies and procedures as needed by team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a Human Resources or Organizational Development role.
• Strong organizational, technical, and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills.
