About the position

The Program Manager for the Sales Enablement team at Datadog will play a crucial role in maximizing the productivity of revenue teams through integrated systems, tools, and processes on a global scale. This position involves developing and implementing change management strategies, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and designing comprehensive training programs to enhance sales performance. The role requires a proactive change agent who is excited about systems-level analysis and creative program design, ensuring that customer-facing teams are equipped to adapt to new methodologies and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies that support sales enablement goals and business objectives.
  • Analyze quantitative data and gather qualitative feedback to improve business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop system-level solutions for the GTM experience.
  • Drive outcomes through proactive project management.
  • Design and deliver scalable change enablement programs for the GTM team.
  • Measure and communicate the impact of enablement efforts against business metrics.
  • Identify and promote best practices in change management and sales enablement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in sales enablement or program management with a focus on change management or tooling enablement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management experience.
  • Proven track record of managing and implementing successful change initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Experience assessing business metrics to identify productivity gaps and solutions.
  • Experience applying adult learning methodologies to design learning content.
  • Experience with sales methodologies, processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience at high-growth or mid-stage startups focused on Software-as-a-Service or technology.
  • Relevant certifications in change management or sales enablement.
  • Knowledge of DevOps or cloud technologies.
  • Background in configuring or designing system architecture for Go-To-Market tools.
  • Experience enabling salespeople with a structured methodology.
  • Experience building scalable programs at a large scale.
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau.
