About the position
The Encounter Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing Encounter data, reviewing Encounter rejections, and providing resolutions or process changes. This fully remote position requires building relationships within the specific area of responsibility and participating in claims data processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with state agencies.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis for Encounter data.
- Review Encounter rejections and provide resolutions or process changes.
- Build and leverage relationships with individuals within the specific area of responsibility.
- Participate in claims data processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with state agencies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in managed healthcare, claims, or managed care.
- 2+ years of experience with SQL, SAS, SSIS, MySQL, ORACLE, or PowerBI.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Knowledge of FACETS or similar claim adjudication system.
- Knowledge of EDIFECS Encounter Management system.
