About the position

The End User Solution Engineer will be responsible for defining, implementing, and delivering new capabilities and features for various virtual desktop and application streaming solutions. This role involves engaging with users to understand their requirements, providing reports on system performance, and educating stakeholders about the best solutions for their needs. The engineer will also develop technical documentation and write informative articles for leadership and users.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and deliver new capabilities and features for AWS Workspaces, VMware VDI, and App streaming services.
• Engage with users to understand their requirements for virtual desktop or application streaming solutions.
• Provide reports on systems availability, monitoring, and performance.
• Educate users, leaders, and sponsors on the best solutions for their financial model.
• Write articles and participate in publications and forums to share information about new features and service interruptions.
• Develop technical documentation for troubleshooting incidents related to virtual desktop and app streaming platforms.
• Create documentation and presentations for leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge and abilities to perform the responsibilities listed.
• Relevant education and/or training is considered a plus.
