About the position

The End User Support Specialist II is a key role within the central information technology organization, responsible for providing essential network infrastructure, hardware, software, and enterprise services to support business operations. This position focuses on delivering technical support for both internal and external clients, ensuring efficient device management and administration of processes and services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues for internal and external clients.
  • Administer network and database management tasks.
  • Manage devices and ensure proper functioning of IT infrastructure.
  • Utilize ticketing software to track and resolve support requests.
  • Use remote desktop tools to assist users with technical issues.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in a desktop support role.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software components, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Experience with Active Directory and SCCM.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Workable knowledge of Intune/computer management software.
  • Experience with ticketing software, preferably ServiceNow.
  • Remote desktop knowledge, preferably Bomgar.
