The End User Support Specialist role at nextSource involves providing comprehensive technical support and administration for hardware and software to both internal and external clients. Responsibilities

  • Provide network and database administration support.
  • Manage devices and provide technical support for hardware and software.
  • Utilize ticketing software to track and resolve issues.
  • Assist clients with remote access software and troubleshooting.
  • Work with Active Directory and SCCM for user management and support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in desktop and remote support positions.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience using ticketing software and remote desktop tools.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory and SCCM.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency with BeyondTrust Remote Support Software (Bomgar).
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing software.
  • Workable knowledge of Intune computer management software.
