About the position

The Network Technician at Endeavor IT is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing hardware and software issues for clients. This role involves on-site installation and configuration of technology, providing technical recommendations, and executing training for clients. The technician will also manage service calls and ensure customer satisfaction within service times, while collaborating with the technical team to deliver optimal results.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair client's hardware and software issues.
  • On-site installation, configuration, and upgrades to client's hardware and software.
  • Complete warranty repairs and provide technical recommendations to clients and sales personnel.
  • Execute formal and informal technical training for clients.
  • Ensure trouble tickets and work orders are completed to customer satisfaction within allotted service times.
  • Support structured cabling and technology services installations as needed.
  • Improve technical skill level through active development.
  • Coordinate and communicate with service department personnel and technical team members to produce optimum results for clients and Synergetics.
  • Manage workload, service call closure, and timesheet on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in IT or related field required.
  • 1+ years' experience in a technology field required.
  • Entry level certifications such as MS/AZ-900, CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.
