About The Position
The Endoscopy Technician position requires an experienced individual to support patient care in a fast-paced environment. The technician will be responsible for patient transport, assisting with procedures, ensuring patient safety during electrocautery procedures, and handling lab specimens. The role also involves cleaning and decontaminating endoscopes according to SGNA standards, performing high-level disinfection, and maintaining equipment. The technician will work PRN hours, with a minimum of 3 shifts required in a 4-week schedule, including on-call shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
