About the position

The BSC Endoscopy Ambulatory Surgery Center Territory Manager (ASC TM) is a key role within the Endoscopy sales organization, responsible for driving sales performance and delivering customer value. This position involves developing relationships with ASC Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, and Administrators, while also managing territory with integrity and compliance to company policies. The ASC TM will work closely with the Sales Management team and Marketing to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit strong sales performance and clinical excellence in the Endoscopy field.
  • Develop key relationships with ASC Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, and Administrators through routine customer visits and product in-servicing.
  • Drive sales revenue to exceed division priorities and define new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to evaluate business conditions and sales trends.
  • Assist in professional education activities and participate in training workshops for the outpatient market.
  • Develop quarterly business plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Demonstrate clinical excellence in GI disease states through customer education and case coverage.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with all customers.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years relevant business experience, with at least 1.5 years of direct sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Documented sales success and demonstrated top 10% performance in critical competencies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to travel as necessary (typically 40%).
  • Self-starter with proven leadership qualities and ability to set direction within the territory.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
