About the position

The BSC Endoscopy Ambulatory Surgery Center Territory Manager (ASC TM) is a key role within the Endoscopy sales organization, responsible for driving sales performance and delivering customer value. This position involves developing relationships with ASC Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, and Administrators, while also managing territory with integrity and compliance. The ASC TM will work closely with the Sales Management team and Marketing to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit strong sales performance and clinical excellence.
  • Develop key relationships with ASC Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, and Administrators.
  • Drive sales revenue to exceed division priorities.
  • Define and develop new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to protect and grow the Endoscopy business.
  • Assist in professional education activities for the outpatient market.
  • Develop quarterly business plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years relevant business experience, with at least 1.5 years of direct sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Documented sales success and demonstrated top 10% performance in critical competencies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to travel as necessary (typically 40%).
  • Self-starter with proven leadership qualities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
