About the position

The BSC Endoscopy Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales revenue, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to team success within the healthcare industry. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate hospital and office settings effectively. The Territory Manager will engage with healthcare professionals to promote innovative medical solutions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop quarterly plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Exhibit clinical excellence in respective disease states.
  • Build sustainable business relationships with key accounts.
  • Drive sales revenue to exceed division priorities.
  • Define and develop new business opportunities aligned with company vision.
  • Maintain current knowledge of BSC products, programs, and competitive landscape.
  • Train and educate physicians and nurses on innovative technologies.
  • Uphold quality policies and demonstrate commitment to patient safety and product quality.
  • Comply with all regulations and corporate policies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant business experience, with at least 3 years in direct sales.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Documented sales success with demonstrated top 10% performance in critical competencies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Sales management experience preferred.
  • Industry experience preferred.
