Responsibilities
- Participate in challenging and impactful projects related to energy and sustainability.
- Deliver final presentations to senior executives.
- Engage in an executive speaker series and professional development training opportunities.
- Network through community events and events highlighting key areas of the business.
- Contribute to the development of renewable energy projects, particularly solar energy initiatives.
Requirements
- Progress toward a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to probe for answers and interpret data.
- Drive for results with a focus on the bottom line.
- Customer-focused with dedication to meeting expectations of internal and external customers.
- Ability to create positive working relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational skills to effectively use resources and arrange information.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in documentation.
