In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and guiding them through the sales process. You will be provided with company-generated leads, eliminating the need for door-to-door sales. Your primary goal will be to help customers save money while contributing to a sustainable future. With uncapped commission potential, your annual earnings can range from $100,000 to over $200,000, depending on your performance. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers to educate them about solar energy solutions.
  • Guide customers through the sales process and address any questions or concerns.
  • Utilize company-provided leads to generate sales without door-to-door knocking.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in solar sales (preferred).
  • Knowledge of solar sales processes and products is a must.
  • Experience in roofing and HVAC sales is a plus.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain a HIS License is required.
  • Reliable transportation to meet with clients and conduct sales activities.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Basic computer skills to manage sales records and customer information.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy concepts and benefits.
