We are seeking self-motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Residential Solar Sales Experts in Orange County. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact on the community by promoting renewable energy solutions. As part of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and guiding them through the sales process. Our company provides leads, so you won't have to engage in door-to-door sales, allowing you to focus on closing deals and maximizing your earnings. In this role, you will leverage your solar sales knowledge to effectively communicate the advantages of solar energy to homeowners. You will be expected to work various schedules, including weekends as needed, to accommodate customer availability. The compensation structure is designed to reward high performance, with annual earnings ranging from $100,000 to over $200,000, based on commission. Commissions are paid bi-weekly, providing a steady income stream as you build your client base. We are looking for top-performing sales representatives who are not only knowledgeable about solar energy but also possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers to educate them about solar energy solutions.
  • Guide customers through the sales process and close deals.
  • Utilize company-provided leads to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Work various schedules, including weekends as needed, to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of solar sales and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in solar sales is required.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is required.
  • Ability to obtain HIS License is required.
  • Strong computer skills are necessary.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in roofing and HVAC sales is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a sales role is beneficial.
