About the position

The Energy Creative and Visual Storytelling Lead at Booz Allen is responsible for developing executive-level visual communications for a government client focused on advancing energy technology. This role involves creating graphics, videos, and other visual content for various platforms, ensuring consistent brand strategy and storytelling across all communications. The position also includes analyzing the performance of visual content and devising strategies to enhance engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level visual communications development for a government research and development client.
  • Create graphics, videos, and other visual content optimized for presentations, websites, and social media.
  • Manage graphic design for events, media outreach, and internal communications efforts.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of visual brand strategy and storytelling goals across all visual communications.
  • Analyze performance of visual content across platforms and report relevant metrics and progress against goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual storytelling, and multimedia production.
  • Experience creating engaging visual storytelling and content for government or commercial organizations with a demonstrable portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint.
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate data insights using narrative, visuals, and data points.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and exhibit flexibility and adaptability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
