Responsibilities

• Provide service knowledge and information to customers based on their personal needs by engaging with them within a retail setting.
• Work closely with customers to analyze their situation and develop energy-efficient solutions.
• Manage customer accounts professionally and accurately, ensuring confidentiality of personal information.
• Recommend and promote specific energy solutions that align with customer inquiries, aiming to save them money and create a sustainable environment.
• Prospect new customers and process sales orders on the sales floor.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals with the team to exceed client expectations and support market expansion.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience working directly with customers or in a customer engagement environment.
• Prior experience in a retail store, hospitality, or restaurant setting is a bonus.
• Ability to work within a team or independently to maximize business areas and work effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to adapt to various situations.
• Desire to learn and excel within the company long term.
