About the position
The Energy Efficiency Program Associate at Frontier Energy plays a crucial role in assisting the Energy Efficiency Program Implementation Team. This position focuses on delivering various energy efficiency programs aimed at reducing energy use and improving the environment. The associate will engage with program participants, manage data related to incentive applications, and ensure the successful implementation of energy efficiency measures.
Responsibilities
- Represent Frontier Energy and its utility clients positively and professionally to all program participants, including homeowners, tenants, property owners, contractors, and public service agencies.
- Enter and review data and documentation submitted as part of energy efficiency incentive applications.
- Determine whether energy efficiency measures qualify for incentive funding.
- Work with the broader implementation team to document processes and decision-making criteria relevant to each program/measure.
- Interact with various program database applications to identify projects ready for review and move projects toward completion.
- Conduct outreach to customers to schedule on-site or remote inspections, and interact with customers and clients politely and professionally.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior knowledge and/or experience in building energy and/or energy efficiency concepts and measures.
- Associates degree or higher.
- Verbal fluency in Spanish and English.
- Written fluency in English.
