About the position

The Energy Efficiency Program Support Manager is a first-level leadership role responsible for overseeing the implementation of energy efficiency programs. This position involves managing vendor performance, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and leading cross-functional teams to enhance program delivery and customer experience. The manager will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, preparing status reports for senior management, and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of contracted vendors delivering program services.
• Manage employee performance, onboarding, training, and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and practices.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to enhance program delivery and resolve business issues.
• Develop and maintain processes for implementing energy efficiency projects and programs.
• Provide oversight for business controls, process improvement, and compliance.
• Ensure accurate invoice processing and identify process improvements.
• Monitor program Key Performance Indicators to meet business plan expectations.
• Prepare and present program and project status reports to senior management.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests as necessary.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, Finance or other relevant field or equivalent work experience plus 7 years of experience in energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields.
• In lieu of a degree, 11 years of experience in energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields.
• Experience managing vendor performance and leading cross-functional teams.
• Energy Efficiency or Electric Vehicle program experience.
• Management/leadership experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Valid US driver's license.
