As an Energy Sales Retail Associate, you will be the face of Sunrun in designated partner retail stores, making a significant impact on potential customers by building relationships and educating them about renewable energy and storage solutions. Your role will involve scheduling appointments and expanding the Sunrun customer base, with a focus on positively influencing each person you meet. Responsibilities
- Act as the face of Sunrun in a designated partner retail store.
- Build relationships and excitement for Sunrun's products.
- Educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions.
- Schedule appointments and build the Sunrun customer base.
- Influence and impact potential customers positively.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent technology skills, including comfort with using an iPad/computer and multiple software applications.
- Resilience and self-motivation.
- Grit and passion for Sunrun's mission.
- Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts.
- Access to reliable transportation to support a multi-store territory within a 15-30 mile radius.
- At least two years of relevant work experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in sales (2 years preferred).
- Customer service experience (2 years preferred).
- Canvassing experience (1 year preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
