About the position

The Enforcement Program Manager will oversee the Division of Pesticide Control within the New Hampshire Department of Agriculture, Markets, and Food. This role is responsible for managing enforcement activities related to pesticide regulations, ensuring compliance, and promoting safe pesticide use across the state. The position requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to public safety and environmental protection.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee enforcement activities related to pesticide regulations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pesticide laws.
• Develop and implement enforcement policies and procedures.
• Conduct investigations and inspections related to pesticide use.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as environmental science, agriculture, or public health.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory enforcement or a related field.
