In this position, the engineer drafter will be responsible for calculating dimensions, weights, capacities, and other critical measurements using mathematical formulas. This analytical aspect of the role is crucial as it supports the overall design process and ensures accuracy in the final outputs. Additionally, the drafter will engage in research and data analysis to assist business teams with packaging requests and project requirements, thereby contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering processes. Collaboration is key in this role, as the drafter will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), create work instructions, and prepare training materials and documentation. Participation in audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures is also a significant responsibility, along with following up on any corrective actions that may arise. Furthermore, the drafter will manage small-scale graphic design projects that align with marketing plans and business objectives, ensuring that the brand strategy is effectively communicated through visual means.

Responsibilities
