About the position

The Engagement Manager, Advanced Analytics - Immunology at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for driving the development and deployment of AI/ML products to support the launch of a product within the immunology commercial organization. This role involves collaborating with various commercial teams to translate business needs into advanced analytics solutions, significantly impacting decision-making at senior levels and enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive AI/ML product development & deployment by translating strategic business needs into technical solutions to drive launch success.
  • Collaboratively & proactively partner with Marketing, Sales, StAT, and Data Science to synthesize our AI products with market research, strategic imperatives, competitive intelligence to influence business strategy and critical business decisions.
  • Proactively advise on promotional channel investments based on output from IMx models, providing recommendations to leadership and brand teams.
  • Oversee processes and resources that drive AI/ML products that support product launch, including leading contracted resources, prioritizing product enhancements, and conducting quality checks on outputs.
  • Proactively leverage AI/ML knowledge and business strategy to evolve the commercial model using common and novel sources of data.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in predictive modeling, analytics, management consulting or related field is required.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in practical application of predictive modeling and demonstrated ability to translate AI, advanced analytics models, key metrics, and business impact to non-technical audiences required.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and executive presence required.
  • Skilled in data extraction and summarization from large pharmaceutical datasets using SQL and statistical analyses using preferred languages (i.e., Python, SQL, R) required.
  • Demonstrated understanding of omnichannel marketing, especially within the pharmaceutical industry is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in leading or advising in marketing mix/optimization or other promotional measurement solutions is preferred.
