About the position

The Engagement Manager role at IQVIA Digital is designed to oversee and manage multiple consulting projects within the life sciences sector, ensuring timely delivery of measurement solutions that align with client business objectives. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including clinicians and statisticians, to provide strategic guidance and enhance client satisfaction through effective project management and innovative measurement solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manages project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development, and delivery of client measurement solutions.
  • Leads teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and ensures high client satisfaction.
  • Coordinates with internal teams to develop project plans with timelines and deliverables and leads projects to successful on-time completion.
  • Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
  • Serves as key point of contact with clients.
  • Provides high-level input to, and ensures the development of, omnichannel measurement solutions and delivers significant portions of findings to clients.
  • Develops and/or elevates new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads.
  • Proactively continues to strengthen subject matter expertise through on-the-job experience, participation in conferences, and other forums for professional knowledge sharing.
  • Proactively mentors, coaches, and shares subject matter expertise with others to elevate capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in omnichannel measurement, ideally in the pharmaceutical marketing space.
  • Demonstrates excellent project management skills, client influencing, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to think through client strategy and help them develop measurement business rules.
  • Strong background in working with data and pulling insights based on KPIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skills.
  • Proven track record of data mining and data acumen.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with data visualization - Tableau, PowerBI preferred but not required.
  • Experience with patient level data is preferred but not required.
