About the position

The Engagement Marketing Manager at PlatformQ Health will lead the day-to-day cross-channel lifecycle marketing efforts, with a primary focus on email marketing. This role is crucial for driving engagement with Medlive.com programs and requires a hands-on expert in marketing automation platforms. The manager will oversee the entire email production process, ensuring accurate execution and optimization of campaigns to enhance learner engagement throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end email production process, from setup and QA to deployment, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Execute and optimize ad hoc and automated/triggered messaging across email and on-site channels to encourage learner engagement throughout the lifecycle.
  • Build and manage audience segments, ensuring personalized and targeted communication.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams (both technical and strategic) to support multi-channel marketing efforts.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using insights to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
  • Create and maintain documentation of marketing operations processes.
  • Maintain learner journey maps and ensure they are regularly updated to reflect current state of live flows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or a similar role, preferably within a digital health, SaaS, or education environment.
  • Hands-on experience with cross-channel marketing automation platforms (Braze preferred), including deliverability monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing repeatable processes to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.
  • Strong understanding of data management and audience segmentation; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Experience creating and optimizing user journey flows that drive user engagement.
  • Detail-oriented project manager; able to manage multiple campaigns + projects simultaneously.
  • Technical martech knowledge - understanding of data architecture, APIs, HTML familiarity.
