About the position

ATP Development & Construction is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with a strong engineering background to join our team in Pasadena. This full-time position requires an individual who can effectively manage day-to-day project activities while ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. This role is essential for ensuring that our projects meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements, particularly in the Los Angeles area where most of our work is concentrated. In this position, you will be responsible for not only managing the logistics of construction projects but also for fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you navigate challenges that arise during the construction process.
