About the position

ATP Development & Construction is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with a strong engineering background to join our team in Pasadena. This full-time position requires an individual who can effectively manage day-to-day project activities while ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating with our in-house team, overseeing project timelines, and maintaining high standards of customer service for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the construction industry, including the ability to interpret blueprints and apply building codes effectively. This role is essential for ensuring that our projects meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements, particularly in the Los Angeles area where most of our work is concentrated. In this position, you will be responsible for not only managing the logistics of construction projects but also for fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you navigate challenges that arise during the construction process. Attention to detail and organizational skills are paramount, as you will be expected to keep meticulous records and ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned with our company’s standards and the expectations of our clients. Experience with LADBS regulations is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to manage projects effectively in the Los Angeles area. • Expertise in building codes, particularly in Los Angeles.
