About The Position
The Engineer I position within the Engineer Development Program at MicroVention, Inc. is an 18-month rotational program aimed at training new engineers in various aspects of the company's technology, procedures, and processes. Participants will engage in three six-month rotations, including a mandatory rotation in Manufacturing Engineering and two optional rotations in areas such as Research & Development, Equipment/Tool Design, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Supply Chain. Each rotation will have clearly defined objectives and will be supported by mentorship and classroom training.
