The Field Service Engineer for the Materials and Structural Analysis Division (MSD) of Thermo Fisher Scientific plays a crucial role in supporting customers by performing on-site installation, servicing, and repair of sophisticated equipment and systems. This position is integral to the Electron Microscopy (EM) business, which is dedicated to providing high-performance microscopy workflow solutions that enable customers to make significant discoveries and solve global challenges. The Field Service Engineer will work closely with a team of engineers who possess a diverse range of skills, including expertise in computer networks, precision mechanics, high vacuum theory, electron optics, and chemistry.
