Responsibilities

• Mentor less experienced engineers and interns as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited institution is required for all levels.
• Engineer I requires design experience preferred; Engineer II requires a minimum of three years of applicable design experience; Engineer III requires five years of electric substation design experience; Engineer IV requires eight years of electric substation design experience.
• Valid certificate in Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) is preferred for Engineer I and required for Engineer II; Engineer III and IV require a valid Missouri Professional Engineer (PE) Registration Certification.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AutoCAD and various software programs including Microsoft Office Suites.
• Ability to interface with outside agencies at all levels.
