Responsibilities

• Investigate moderately complex manufacturing product quality and compliance issues, analyzing results and developing reports.
• Optimize manufacturing processes using engineering methods such as SIX Sigma and LEAN for continuous improvement.
• Develop, update, and maintain technical content of risk management files.
• Create training and documentation materials for production to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Assign support tasks and provide instruction and training to technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Scientific field with 2 years of related work experience, or a Master's Degree with relevant internship or projects.
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Basic understanding of statistical techniques.
• Previous experience working with lab/industrial equipment.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and concepts.
