Responsibilities

  • Take a core role in an agile team driving modern development practices.
  • Work on solutions to enable Cloud Native Engineering.
  • Write code and unit tests, and work with API specifications and automation.
  • Identify opportunities for adopting new technologies.
  • Develop automation tooling to support CI/CD across all platforms.
  • Create custom solutions using the latest open source technologies.
  • Gather analytic data to measure product delivery time and create self-service dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a modern development stack (Java, Python, or Golang).
  • Experience in application design, software development, and testing in an Agile environment.
  • Hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering and deep understanding of Linux OS.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDb, Couchbase, or Cassandra).
  • Experience designing and developing REST APIs for high volume clients.
  • Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Gitlab CI).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with automated build and test frameworks.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (GitHub, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Aptitude for learning and applying new technologies.
