As the Deputy Division Head for the Department of Defense, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and counsel to the Division's members on a variety of matters including business operations, staffing, personnel management, regulatory compliance, and technical competencies. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting the Division Head in various operational aspects such as personnel management, financial oversight, contractual obligations, security protocols, and safety measures. Additionally, you will assist in the creation and implementation of professional growth and training programs, effectively utilizing employee recognition systems and processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement and development. Your role will require evaluating test and evaluation plans and processes to assess their effectiveness, resource allocation, and associated risks.
