Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Manage repair projects and coordinate with contractors as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with hotel management systems.
  • Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.
  • Knowledge of energy management systems.
