Due to growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for a Product Line Management Application Engineer within our Power and Cabinet Solutions Team. This role can be based in the Richardson/Dallas, TX area or anywhere in the Western U.S., with the ideal candidate being located close to a major airport in the continental United States. As a member of our Power and Cabinet Product Management Team, you will provide pre and post-sales technical support to customers for our portfolio of Power & Cabinet solutions. Your responsibilities will include supporting customers throughout the solution adoption and deployment process to ensure successful implementation into customer networks. This position encompasses a variety of tasks, including developing product training materials, conducting training sessions with customers, managing customer trials of solutions, troubleshooting issues in the field, and collaborating with the sales team on product forecasts. You will also evaluate competitive product solutions to ensure our offerings remain industry-leading. The ideal candidate will possess experience and knowledge of Cabinets & DC Power systems, along with the technical abilities to serve as a trusted advisor to Equipment Engineers and Installation Contractors across customer markets. Strong soft skills are essential to support pre-sales activities at the CTO, Director, and Equipment Engineering levels. Teamwork is crucial, as you will provide feedback and recommendations on new product development and enhancements to existing products. Proficiency in effectively communicating and conveying information to Installers, Customers, Engineers, and the PLM team is vital to ensure clear understanding and successful outcomes.
