The role involves supporting the modernization strategy through active involvement in the Connected Factory, ODEN platform, and operator assistant initiatives. This position requires the ability to review, document, and communicate technical process details in a simple and understandable manner to ensure consistency across the organization. Additionally, the role includes defining process parameters and identifying data points of interest associated with products to aid in the development of training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), schedules, and both online and offline tests. The successful candidate will also perform PPO validation experiments and identify process improvement opportunities through connected enterprise data and trend analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Support modernization strategy through active involvement in Connected Factory, ODEN platform, and operator assistant.
  • Review, document, and communicate technical process details into simple and understandable standards for organization-wide proliferation.
  • Define process parameters and data points of interest associated with products to support the development of training materials, SOPs, schedules, and tests.
  • Perform PPO validation experiments.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities through connected enterprise data and trend analysis.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of technical processes and ability to communicate them effectively.
  • Experience with data analysis and trend identification in a manufacturing context.
  • Familiarity with training material development and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Connected Factory and ODEN platform.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and improvement methodologies.
