About the position
The position involves supporting product development efforts through clinical-systems and human factors engineering tasks. This includes investigating, defining, analyzing, documenting, and testing activities related to specific projects. The role requires applying theoretical principles and creative/analytical techniques to resolve technical problems within assigned projects.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and define requirements for clinical-systems engineering tasks.
- Analyze and document activities associated with product development.
- Perform testing activities related to specific projects.
- Conduct interviews to determine requirements and constraints on the assigned portion of the system.
- Apply engineering and scientific principles to evaluate and solve technical problems.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate clinical-systems engineering assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a recognized four-year academic course of study in engineering or a related field.
- Ability to apply technical, clinical, and marketing understanding to resolve issues.
- Experience in evaluating and solving technical problems using engineering principles.
