About the position

The RF Engineer - III position is focused on in-building and venue RF design and optimization, requiring expertise in RF designs using Nokia and/or Samsung radios. The role involves working on projects for large venues and ensuring that designs meet client coverage objectives. The candidate will work in a hybrid schedule, balancing remote work with on-site responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize RF systems for in-building and venue applications.
• Create FUZE projects using appropriate templates.
• Conduct RF analysis using IXUS software or engage third-party vendors for RFE analysis.
• Perform ibw analysis to achieve client coverage and design objectives.
• Review Close Out Documents to ensure As Built matches RF Design after installation.
• Collaborate with other teams to keep FUZE projects moving forward.
• Manage project status, updates, and details effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Four or more years of relevant In-Building/Venue RF design and optimization work experience.
• Experience with RF designs using Nokia and/or Samsung radios.
• Knowledge of various DAS infrastructure vendors.
• Proficiency in IBWave, FUZE Modules, Tracker Dashboards, IXUS EME software, Google Earth, Conquest, and Atoll.
• Experience with FR1 (700, 850, Band66, PCS, & CBand) and FR2 (28 & 39 GHz).
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and Google Software Suite.
• Strong project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with large venues such as NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, etc.
• Super Bowl experience is a plus.
