The Engineer (Rotation) position is part of a dynamic rotational engineering program designed for recent college graduates. This program allows engineers to spend approximately six months in each of two to three different engineering disciplines, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the product and the various engineering roles within the company. The rotations typically include a mix of design, manufacturing, product development, and analytical roles. At the conclusion of the rotation, engineers are placed into a regular engineering assignment that aligns with their skills and interests, as well as the needs of the company.
