About the position

Arrow International is seeking an enthusiastic Unity Developer to transform game ideas into code within a fast-paced environment. This role involves various aspects of game creation, from concept to finished product, including programming, audio, design, production, and visual arts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop new games and maintain and enhance existing games.
• Animate characters and objects in code.
• Contribute to the design and audio features of the game.
• Produce prototypes of gameplay ideas and features.
• Participate in the development of project schedules and milestones.
• Polish the game, evaluate code for efficiency, fix bugs and future proof products.
• Test and debug work for accuracy and functionality before submitting to QA.

Requirements

• Skilled with Unity game development technologies.
• C# expertise.
• Creativity and imagination.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Patience and attention to detail.
• Passion for developing and playing games.
• 2+ years of on-the-job Unity 3D experience.
• Experience implementing animations in games and applications.
