About the position

The Engineer - Solutions role is part of the Enterprise Engineering Team, responsible for delivering technical solutions and metrics reporting for enterprise-level applications. This position focuses on integrating and automating data across platforms such as O365, Azure, and Service Now, while collaborating with IT resources and business users to ensure effective implementation of strategic technologies. The role requires a strong emphasis on solution design, data analysis, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with property IT and third-party resources on solutions deployment and oversee program design and implementation of enterprise-level data automation.
  • Collaborate with IT, application developers, and vendors to analyze business requirements and document analytics that meet enterprise needs.
  • Work with IT security, risk, and compliance teams to define data analysis and reporting standards.
  • Lead automation efforts and provide metrics reporting on adherence to established standards and KPIs.
  • Define standards and policies relevant to compliance and regulatory requirements in collaboration with enterprise infrastructure teams.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and issues proactively and escalate to management as needed.
  • Gather information from business IT owners for application integration with solutions.
  • Perform job duties safely and attend work consistently.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with O365 tenant and Azure AD management.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and HTML.
  • Working knowledge of building enterprise-grade dashboards and visualizations with MS Power BI, SSRS, and SSIS technologies.
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations such as PCI and SOX.
  • Experience with privacy legislation such as HIPAA, COPPA, FCRA, GLB, and GDPR.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced degree in technology preferred.
  • Experience with ITAM and IAM automation desired.
  • Ability to represent information graphically using modeling languages and process flows.
