About the position

The Engineering Administrator at Ohio Ordnance Works is responsible for managing engineering documentation and providing administrative support to engineering and management teams. This role involves ensuring compliance with ISO standards, processing engineering changes, and assisting with the creation and management of engineering documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage the documentation of engineering changes according to established procedures.
• Ensure compliance and correct documentation of changes to manufacturing processes, part number designations, and engineering process drawings.
• Maintain accurate records of changes within appropriate systems.
• Assist with the creation, revision, and management of engineering documents.
• Manage the workflow for document approval and change requests.
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of change notifications.
• Prepare and compile data and reports related to operations performance, quality metrics, and process performance.
• Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure all documentation and processes comply with ISO standards.
• Complete and maintain production and quality paperwork in accordance with ISO requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an ISO-regulated environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with engineering documentation and change management processes.
• Familiarity with engineering change documentation and workflow management systems.
