The Engineering Career Foundation Program (ECFP) is a fast-paced, two-year development rotation program that provides highly qualified candidates a challenging introduction to engineering careers within The Boeing Company. This program will provide participants with opportunities to obtain broad, cross-functional experience across multiple Boeing business units and multiple engineering disciplines across the engineering lifecycle. Participants will spend 90% of their time in four, six-month engineering rotations where they will be integrated as a member of the hosting engineering team. The remaining 10% of their time will be spent on technical and professional development through the ECFP Program. Selected candidates will work within our Everett, Seattle, Tukwila, Kent, Auburn, or Renton sites in WA. Participants will spend the first year in the program (at minimum) at an ECFP base site. During the second year of the program, participants may have the opportunity to relocate to a different region, in-country. This relocation opportunity will be determined in partnership with the assigned ECFP manager and will be based on business need, availability of work and participant interests and career development goals.
