The Engineering Delivery Manager for Cloud Infrastructure at Cognite is a pivotal role that focuses on driving collaboration between the Engineering and Global Customer Success divisions. Responsibilities

• Project planning and reporting progress
• Engaging with Engineering teams to balance team and customer projects
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders
• Serving as the main contact point for Global Customer Success
• Defining shared responsibility models with clients
• Overseeing Cognite project delivery according to the shared responsibility model
• Managing Cognite CDF operations delivery based on the shared responsibility model

Requirements

• Experience in cloud infrastructure
• Strong data analysis skills
• Proficiency in English
• Project management experience
• Product management experience
• Senior level experience in SaaS
• Excellent communication skills
