The Engineering Department has one position available, which may be titled either Engineering Department Administrator or Engineering Technician, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Both roles involve highly responsible administrative work that supports the operation of the Engineering Department under the supervision of the Town Engineer. The work includes performing diverse administrative, technical, and support activities, often requiring public contact and effective coordination with other Town departments and outside organizations. The incumbent will exercise judgment, initiative, and discretion based on knowledge of administrative and operating policies and procedures, performing duties with minimal supervision.
